Cladding Installation Foreman

• Job Summary

  We are seeking an experienced Cladding Installation Foreman to supervise and execute cladding and façade installation works on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ACP, aluminium, steel cladding, façade systems, and architectural metal works, ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities related to cladding and façade installation.
  • Lead installation teams for ACP panels, aluminium cladding, façade systems, louvers, canopies, and architectural metal works.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, installation drawings, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure installation quality complies with project requirements and approved drawings.
  • Plan daily manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements.
  • Monitor installation progress and achieve project schedules and milestones.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify work before installation.
  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, waterproofing, sealing, and finishing of cladding systems.
  • Inspect completed works and rectify installation issues promptly.
  • Maintain site productivity while minimizing material wastage.
  • Enforce safety regulations, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work requirements.
  • Report daily progress, manpower utilization, and site issues to management.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.

• 5+ years of GCC experience in cladding, façade, or aluminium installation works.

• Strong knowledge of ACP cladding, aluminium façade systems, steel cladding, glazing, and architectural metal works.

• Ability to read shop drawings and coordinate installation activities.

• Experience managing installation teams on commercial, industrial, and high-rise projects.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with construction safety standards and HSE requirements.

• Valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
