Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will oversee commercial and contractual management for large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects. This role requires strong consulting experience, the ability to manage multi-contract environments, and expertise in contract administration, risk mitigation, procurement support, claims, and negotiation.

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline 10 15 years of relevant contract management experience in consulting or PMC environments Proven track record in infrastructure, utilities, urban development, landscaping, roads, or government-managed projects Strong understanding of FIDIC, consultancy agreements, EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and procurement procedures Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously within a governmental or semi-governmental project framework Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, document control tools, and contract management systems
