CCNA CCNP Voice (DGVOX) Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM). Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Voice Gateways and SIP/H.323/MGCP protocols. Deploy and support Cisco IP Telephony solutions. Manage Cisco Unity Connection, CUBE, and UCCX (preferred). Troubleshoot voice quality, call routing, and dial plan issues. Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups. Monitor voice infrastructure performance and ensure high availability. Coordinate with customers and internal teams during implementation and support activities. Prepare technical documentation and reports.

• CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration/Voice certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR).
• Good understanding of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SRST, and CUBE.
• Experience with Cisco Unity Connection.
• Knowledge of QoS for voice networks.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and network protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementation and support of enterprise voice solutions.
• Experience working in telecom or system integration projects is preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
