The company announces its need for a Crusher Site Operations Manager, who will be responsible for the complete supervision of the site's daily operations and ensuring work proceeds efficiently according to approved safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily management of the crusher site and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinating daily operational procedures, worker schedules, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for production.
- Monitoring the condition of equipment and machinery, planning preventive maintenance, and effectively managing breakdowns.
- Preparing production reports, project timelines, analyzing performance, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Managing site documentation, records, materials used, inventory, and supplies.
- Effective communication with senior management, clients, and suppliers to ensure their satisfaction and achieve project goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience of not less than 3 years in managing crusher sites, mining sites, or heavy construction sites.
- Familiarity with occupational and environmental safety policies and methods at work sites.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures, risk management, and technical documentation.
- High organizational and leadership skills and the ability to manage multi-tasking teams.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for reading and writing technical reports and communicating with the team.
