HORECA Sales Representative – Madinah

• Build & maintain an effective front-line relationship with assigned customers in order to build strong loyalty and drive
• customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
• Oversee, maintain and develop existing business within his assigned customers/territory
• Develop a daily/weekly call/visit list and maintain information accuracy monthly
• Conduct an intensive and structured prospecting of new customers, develop a target list of new customers with a
• regional manager’s support to tackle and acquire new accounts
• Tackle and recruit new customers and apply administration pre-requisite to open new internal customer code
• Follow up on orders and deliveries and ensure proper customer service
• Track and analyze sales goals and objectives on daily basis
• Review daily sales reports to manage and coordinate work activity
• Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
• Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and provide

quotations accordingly.

• Respond to customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve ASAP to maintain customer

satisfaction

• Responsible for customers balance confirmation/reconciliation and collection of payments from customers as per

company policy

• Gather market information on competition activities, products, pricing, and market trends & report to the management
• Follow the management direction in all aspects of the sales cycle
• Attend required meetings and scheduled training assigned by the sales manager
• Attend job needs and work as a team player
• Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures
