About the Role:Join a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company and be part of our dynamic Purchasing team within the Industrial Services Department. In this international, multicultural environment, you will drive end-to-end sourcing of industrial services and works, supporting our organization during a key growth and start-up phase.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sourcing cycle for industrial services and works, including maintenance, logistics, rentals, and facility-related services. Conduct cost analysis, clean sheet analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations to ensure competitive supplier offers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional procurement teams to optimize processes and achieve cost savings. Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier management initiatives. Prepare decision-ready summaries, presentations, and reports for internal alignment. Identify operational and commercial issues, propose practical solutions, and drive closure across cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics (preferred). Fluent in Arabic and English.1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial or automotive sectors. Experience in procuring services and works (beyond materials/goods) is preferred. Technical Skills:Advanced Excel for cost modeling and analysis. Power Point for clear and structured presentations. Knowledge of procurement analytics tools such as clean sheet analysis, cost breakdown, and TCO. Core Competencies:Strong negotiation mindset and stakeholder management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work proactively in a matrix-structured, international environment. Integrity, teamwork, stress resilience, and a non-conflict approach.
Nice to Have:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean tools and principles.
