Assistant Western Chef

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking Western dishes. Prepare ingredients and ensure food quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Western Chef.
• Experience in Western restaurants or caf s is required.
• Good knowledge of Western cuisine preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
