Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible execution of product cybersecurity elements across programs and services. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed the project requirements. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports and executive presentations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans and budgets required to deliver against customer and business needs

Ensure that all the required resources, capabilities and processes are in place to deliver

Prepare justifications and business cases for recommendations on Cybersecurity initiatives

Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are agreed and communicated to all parties and stakeholders involved

Develop and present program status / metrics to senior management

Control and monitor projects to be delivered to the agreed: deadlines, cost and quality requirement, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan, intervening to resolve issues which threaten the delivery of the project.

Ensure that all projects comply with the right policies and procedures and are carried out in a way to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

Manage expectations, relationships, and communications with all stakeholders (management, suppliers, contractors, technical team, customers, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and any issues/risks are effectively addressed.

Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the on-time execution of projects within meetings for project status, stakeholder update, implementation/migration cut-over, issue resolution, etc.

Ensure that all Security projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management or related discipline

PMP or equivalent certification

0-2 years of experience

Set clear project expectations, focus, and outcome

Articulate project scope and match tasks to goals

Identify and mitigate business and cybersecurity risks

Communicate clearly with non-technical staff

Meet timelines and budget
