Manager – Freight Transport, Dry Cargo, and Logistics Services

*Responsibilities:*

* Overseeing transport operations and logistics, and preparing staffing plans and routes.

* Managing and distributing routes among vehicles and drivers, ensuring their execution.

* Monitoring the readiness of equipment, maintenance, and fuel consumption.

* Supervising drivers and staffing teams, monitoring performance and compliance.

* Planning routes and optimizing equipment utilization, reducing unnecessary trips and costs.

* Monitoring loading, unloading, and delivery operations, ensuring adherence to schedules.

* Addressing issues, delays, and operational complaints, coordinating with clients.

* Ensuring compliance with transport and safety regulations and standards.

* Analyzing operational costs and performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports for senior management.

* Working to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

*Work Nature:*

Field and office-based, with continuous monitoring of operations and dealing with delays and emergencies as needed.
