PMV and Transportation Supervisor

We are looking for a PMV and Transportation Supervisor to join one of our giga projects in Riyadh

Job purpose

Supervise safe deployment, availability, inspection, and movement of project plant, machinery, vehicles, and transportation resources.

Key responsibilities

·    Plan daily allocation of plant, buses, pickups, trucks, and drivers against approved site priorities.

·    Verify operator and driver licenses, competency, induction, medical fitness where required, and equipment authorization.

·    Ensure pre-use checks, third-party certificates, registrations, insurance, preventive maintenance, and defect records are current.

·    Control dispatch, fuel use, mileage or hours, breakdown response, replacement equipment, and off-hire activities.

·    Inspect plant parking, refueling, maintenance, reversing, lifting, and pedestrian-interface controls.

·    Coordinate transportation rosters, pickup points, journey plans, route restrictions, and emergency arrangements.

·    Investigate breakdowns, misuse, traffic incidents, and repeated defects and implement corrective action.

·    Prepare utilization, downtime, fuel, maintenance, and cost reports and verify supplier performance.
