About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a multi-domain Master Data Management initiative. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining alignment with enterprise data governance and transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the MDM implementation — from discovery to deployment — across multiple data domains (e.g., Product, Vendor, Customer, Employee). Stakeholder Management: Engage with business units, IT, and executive leadership to define requirements, priorities, and governance structures. Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with technology partners (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, SAP MDG, or equivalent) to manage deliverables, SLAs, and integration milestones. Data Governance Alignment: Collaborate with Data Stewards and Governance Leads to define standards, workflows, and validation processes. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior stakeholders. Change Management: Drive adoption through communication, training, and support for business users transitioning to the new MDM environment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in MDM or enterprise data projects. Proven track record delivering MDM or large-scale data integration projects on time and within budget. Experience working with one or more MDM technologies (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, SAP MDG, Stibo STEP, or similar). Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling principles. Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across distributed teams. Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
