Sales Manager

Scope of Work: Kirtanlal Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of its Scaffolding & Formwork business in Saudi Arabia. The role requires developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of technical and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives in scaffolding and formwork solutions within the Saudi market.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Handling inquiries and providing solutions to customer needs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
• Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and periodic performance reviews in line with company objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 7 years of proven experience in Scaffolding & Formwork sales in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems and solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong networking capabilities and a self-motivated, result-oriented approach.
