Job description
The BMS Supervisor oversees the efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Building Management System to ensure optimal building performance and occupant comfort. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Monitor and control all BMS operations, including HVAC, lighting, power, fire safety, and security systems.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to ensure the system functions effectively.
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Respond to system alarms and faults, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with third-party vendors or contractors for complex system repairs. .
Implement system modifications or upgrades based on client requirements and feedback. E
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
