Graduate Partnerships Associate

We re looking for a Junior Partnerships Associate to join team Snap in Saudi Arabia!

What you ll do:

• Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance Snap s presence and relevance across priority sectors.
• Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.
• Event Activation: Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
