Security Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Manage and supervise security personnel, contractors, and third-party security providers. Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures. Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other surveillance technologies. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports. Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, and crisis management. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry security standards. Plan and manage security budgets, resources, and equipment. Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and vulnerability assessments. Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors. Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and regulatory authorities when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security programs.
