ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

Currently, they are operating over 20 Medical Facilities across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain: in addition to developing the first private medical city in Saudi Arabia. Their mission is to develop and operate state of the art medical facilities, to develop innovative healthcare services, and provide world class healthcare for the citizens and tourists who visit their facilities.

Over the decades since their conception, they have received 38 international and national awards and accreditations which include JCI, ISO, MEED, Forbes, CPQ, Arab Health Awards, The Middle East HR Excellence Award, and Middle East Insights Quality Service Awards.

This position is for their brand-new 400-bed hospital based in the Al Sahafa district of Riyadh; this state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility is due to open later in 2022.

Guaranteed Salary: SR To be advised

Annual Gratuity: Months salary per annum

Incentives: Paid as a % of income earned for the hospital

Contract Duration: 2 years renewable

Contract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to 18yrs)

Accommodation: Provided free of charge fully furnished

Flights: Economy Class for family at start & end of year

Leave: 40 days a year can be split

Edu Allowance: Provided for up to two children

Study leave: Up to 7 days after 12 months service

Medical Cover: Provided

Transport: As required

Malpractice Ins: Provided at a cost price

Hours of Work: 48 hours per week, 8 hours per day shifts dependent on speciality

On call: As required within the rota

Start Date: By agreement

If you wish to apply for this position, you will require the following to qualify as a consultant with this institution, and as per the licensing authorities:

• 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
• 3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
• UK CCT/CESR/Spec Reg
• USA American Board
• Canada Canadian Fellowship
• Ireland CSD/CSCST
• Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
• France DES/DESC
• Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.
