Skill Level Advancement progress tracked via certifications & defined skill tiers; demonstration of AI tools [e.g. Bob]. Technical Enablement completion of brand-specific training roadmaps. Consulting Readiness of co-delivering by Month 6; independently consulting by Month 12. Prioritize skills building and AI Tools adoption objectives.
