Civil Team Leader Urban Development

• About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Team Leader Urban Development to lead the technical design of civil infrastructure for urban development and masterplanning projects. The role will focus on delivering coordinated engineering solutions across roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, ensuring compliance with relevant design standards and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the civil infrastructure design for urban development, masterplanning, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Oversee the technical design of roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.

• Review engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, and technical reports to ensure technical accuracy and quality.

• Ensure civil infrastructure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, design codes, and local authority requirements.

• Coordinate civil infrastructure design with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Identify and resolve complex civil engineering and infrastructure design issues.

• Oversee civil engineering design deliverables across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience in civil infrastructure design for urban development, masterplanning, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong technical expertise in roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing and delivering civil engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, and design reports.

• Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering design standards, codes, and authority requirements.

• Proven experience coordinating civil infrastructure designs with other engineering disciplines.
