Electrical Manager

Oversee and manage all electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement electrical safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices to minimize risks.

Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Conduct thorough inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations

Strong hands-on experience with Schneider Electric MV switchgear (SM6, RM6, protection relays, etc.)

Proven experience in MV/LV systems, substations, and power distribution networks

Experience in industrial plants, mega projects, or facility management environments

Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and protection systems

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiar with international standards (IEC, IEEE)

Experience in high-voltage safety procedures and permit systems
