Job description
- Supervising works:
- Paints
- Gypsum board
- Cement and tiles
- Flooring (marble, vinyl, parquet)
- Ensuring work execution according to:
- Architectural drawings
- Technical specifications
- Daily follow-up of works and subcontractors
- Handover of works and quality control
- Reporting site observations and resolving issues promptly
- Coordination with the site engineer and other disciplines (MEP)
- Adherence to the project schedule (Progress & Deadlines)
