We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• 5 years of Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
