Pharmacovigilance Specialist

As Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance within our (PSPV) team, you'll ensure that local PV activities in Saudi Arabia are performed in full compliance with global PSPV policies, regional, and local PV regulations safeguarding the safe and appropriate use of Sanofi products on the market. • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a related regulatory/medical field.
• Strong understanding of local PV regulations, safety reporting requirements, and risk management frameworks.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Quality, Regulatory, and medical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive safety reporting obligations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with Health Authorities and service providers.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong ethical judgment and a commitment to patient safety.
