Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development:
  • Create a database of government buildings and prioritize potential projects.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to secure project financing.
  • Coordinate the drafting/signing of contracts in cooperation with the Contracts Officer and Legal Counsel.
  • Support the contracting and procurement (RFP) process, in coordination with the Project Management Department at the Super-ESCO company.
• Outreach:
  • Communicate with government entities at the facility manager level to initiate projects.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, maintain updated contact information, and consistently follow relevant updates/news.
• Energy Audit Completion:
  • Conduct (or outsource) field audits for shortlisted buildings.
  • Determine the preliminary project feasibility.
• Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of the Super-ESCO company's business plans, including project activity levels, proposed project activity budgets, and project timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters and information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
• CEM / CMVP certification is preferred.

Experience and Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in business/project development roles, preferably with experience in retrofitting and development within Energy Service Companies or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies.
• Proficiency in English is required, and mastery of Arabic is essential.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal); ability to manage teams working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales and relationship management skills; willingness to work in a multicultural environment; knowledge of working with Saudi government and local entities.
• Technical knowledge related to building retrofits and potential savings; basic understanding of technical terminology and studies.
