???? Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment & Vendor Manager to manage end-to-end order fulfillment operations and vendor relationships for our online shopping company. The role focuses on inventory control, vendor performance, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate order delivery to customers.
???? Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Operations Manage daily order fulfillment operations (picking, packing, dispatch, and returns). Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and last-mile delivery teams. Ensure on-time delivery and high order accuracy. Monitor fulfillment KPIs (OTIF, order cycle time, return rate). Optimize fulfillment processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency. Vendor Management Onboard new vendors and manage existing vendor relationships. Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and delivery timelines with vendors. Monitor vendor performance (pricing, stock availability, quality, lead time). Resolve vendor disputes and supply issues proactively. Ensure compliance with company policies and marketplace standards. Inventory & Coordination Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Coordinate demand forecasting with sales and marketing teams. Manage slow-moving and fast-moving inventory. Work closely with finance on vendor payments and reconciliation. Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare regular reports on fulfillment and vendor performance. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements. Support system improvements related to ERP / OMS / WMS.
✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.3–6 years experience in e-commerce fulfillment or vendor management. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and logistics operations. Experience working with multiple vendors and logistics partners. Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP / OMS / WMS experience is a plus. Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
