Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out & Finishing Engineer to supervise and manage interior finishing works from drawings through final handover.
Responsibilities
- Supervise interior finishing works including gypsum, painting, flooring, wallpaper, carpentry, electrical and plumbing modifications.
- Review design drawings, shop drawings and BOQs before and during execution.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Ensure site execution accurately matches approved 3D designs and drawings.
- Inspect workmanship, materials, dimensions and finishing quality.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs when required.
- Follow up site progress, schedules, material deliveries and installations.
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
- Conduct snagging, quality inspections and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery and site execution.
- Ability to read and review AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings and BOQs.
- Strong attention to detail and high finishing-quality standards.
- Experience in residential villas and high-end interior projects is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate must have their own car for site visits.
