Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, and interior finishing works.

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.

Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and define the scope of work.

Prepare initial project estimates and cost budgets and review them periodically.

Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors.

Review and verify executed quantities on site in coordination with the project team.

Prepare and evaluate Variation Orders and additional works.

Monitor project costs and compare them against the approved budget.

Prepare reports related to project costs and financial variances.

Review quotations submitted by suppliers and subcontractors and prepare the required comparisons.

Coordinate with the Projects, Procurement, and Finance departments regarding costs and quantities.

Prepare project settlements and final accounts.
