Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and implement daily operational strategies to ensure an integrated and effective supply chain.
- Supervise operations including transportation, storage, and logistics to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage operational budgets, analyze performance, and submit periodic reports to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure resource readiness and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Develop and update operational procedures and policies, and improve work processes to achieve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the operations schedule and pre-plan human resources and equipment according to company objectives.
- Lead change and build a culture of high safety and quality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with partners and suppliers, and negotiate service agreements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in operations management or process management, with prior leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality, safety, and occupational health management systems.
- High ability in analysis, decision-making, and interpreting operational data.
- High skills in planning, organization, time management, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Effective communication, strong team spirit, and the ability to lead multi-tasking teams.
- Proficiency in Arabic; preference for technical reading and writing skills in English.
