Our client is a leading group with their Head-office in UAE, seeking to hire a "Project Manager - Building Automation" for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements:

• ****Design, preparing technical submittal, SOO, BOQ, shop drawings, DDC panels layout and wiring diagram, riser diagram.
• Coordination with contractors and chasing approval from consultant
• DDC Programming and workstation graphics, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.
• Closing and Handing over the BMS system
• Reporting to projects manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in electrical /electronics engineer or equivalent
• Min. 2 years experience in the BMS, Lighting Control, GRMS products and software skills: Schneider Structure ware/ Honeywell TREND/ Tridium
• Able to travel as per work requirement
• AutoCAD Basic knowledge
• Driving license
• Iqama transferrable
