B2B Industrial Sales & Procurement Coordinator

MEKRANTA INDUSTRIAL is seeking a B2B Industrial Sales & Procurement Coordinator to support sales and sourcing of industrial spare parts and MRO supplies.

• Identify new customers among factories, maintenance companies and contractors.
• Develop customer relationships, generate RFQs and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• Source products from suppliers in Saudi Arabia and overseas.
• Compare supplier quotations, availability, delivery times and payment terms.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations for management approval.
• Coordinate purchase orders and deliveries, and maintain records using Excel or Google Sheets.

Full-time or part-time arrangements can be discussed based on experience and availability. Working hours and compensation will be agreed accordingly.

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, procurement or spare parts trading.
• Familiarity with industrial products such as bearings, mechanical seals, valves, pumps or forklift spare parts.
• Strong English communication and professional email writing skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good supplier sourcing, negotiation and customer follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to check part numbers, quantities and specifications accurately.
• Existing relationships with industrial customers or suppliers in Saudi Arabia are an advantage.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available to work in the Eastern Province.
