Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and oversee all field construction activities across the project lifecycle.
- Plan construction activities, identifying critical milestones, priorities, and sequencing of work.
- Develop budget estimates and determine staffing requirements aligned with project scope and schedule.
- Ensure timely availability of subcontractors, materials, and construction equipment to maintain productivity.
- Assign and manage Construction Superintendents across different work areas, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and meet project targets.
- Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure implementation of sound construction practices to achieve required quality standards at optimal cost.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including safety and labor relations requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities on construction matters.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support project delivery objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support development of construction team members.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.
