Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies that maximize profitability across all revenue streams.
- Monitor demand, market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to align promotions, packages and campaigns with demand forecasts.
Pricing & Inventory Management
- Lead dynamic pricing strategies for rooms, F&B, events and any ancillary services.
- Manage inventory allocation, restrictions and overbooking controls across all distribution channels.
- Ensure rate parity and channel profitability, driving growth in direct bookings.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Produce accurate demand forecasts and annual revenue budgets, aligned with financial and commercial objectives.
- Track performance against budget and forecast, conduct variance analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management and owning Company.
Distribution & Channel Management
- Oversee all distribution platforms: i.e. OTAs, GDS, brand website, Channel Manager, Extranets and others
- Optimize cost of acquisition per channel and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure visibility and conversion across meta-search and paid media.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking (i.e. through STR, lighthouse) to track positioning.
- Analyze revenue KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR) to drive decision-making.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and owners.
Cross-Departmental Commercial Support
- Partner with F&B, Spa, and Events to develop revenue enhancement strategies (menu engineering, yield management, upsell initiatives).
- Collaborate with Finance on long-term planning and profitability analysis.
- Work with Operations to ensure pricing and restrictions align with guest experience and capacity.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the Revenue team / Reservation Team (as applicable), fostering a data-driven and innovative culture.
- Facilitate Revenue Strategy Meetings (weekly), ensuring alignment across departments.
- Build team capability in revenue management tools, analytics, and commercial thinking.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance or Hospitality Management (Master s or RM certifications preferred).
- Minimum 7 10 years of revenue management leadership experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia s hospitality market, Vision 2030, and its commercial implications.
- Proven expertise in pricing, forecasting and distribution with advanced use of RMS, PMS, CRS, and BI tools (e.g. IDeaS, Shiji, Amadeus and others).
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across departments.
- Pre-opening and/or rebranding experience preferred.
