Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

The job title is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director, focusing on managing high daily cash flow operations from retail and fuel sectors. The primary objective is to lead the financial strategy for the company, managing cash flow generated from retail sales and improving profitability through cost reduction and capital management with suppliers and banks.

Main responsibilities include effective cash flow management, monitoring financial operations for points of sale (POS), and preparing financial statements in compliance with international standards (IFRS). You will also manage VAT and real estate tax compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, develop financial models to support expansion into new retail and fuel sectors, and analyze profit margins for each segment, providing recommendations to senior management for operational efficiency improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong preference for an MBA or professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, or CFA. Experience should not be less than 7-10 years in financial management, including at least 3 years in the retail sector, FMCG, or fuel operations. Exceptional skills in using advanced accounting and ERP systems are required.
