This position is less focused on day-to-day operational delivery and more centered on driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
- Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
- Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities
- Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups
- Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture. Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes
- Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects.
- Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
