Senior Mechanic

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Mechanic with extensive experience working on European vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and others.

We are looking for someone highly skilled in mechanical work, diagnostics, electrical systems, and can work independently while mentoring junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

-Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues

-Perform engine, transmission, suspension, and brake repairs

-Conduct computer diagnostics and programming

-Complete preventative maintenance services

-Provide accurate repair estimates and detailed service reports

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed

Skills

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

Strong background in European vehicle systems

Proficient with modern diagnostic tools and factory scan equipment (XENTRY, ISTA, ODIS, etc)

Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and CAN bus systems

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
