QA QC Inspector

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector with strong experience in storm water, drainage networks, utilities, and transport infrastructure projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Conduct site inspections for storm water, drainage, utilities, and road infrastructure works

Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

Review and manage WIRs, MIRs, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)

Identify and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective actions

Monitor contractor activities to ensure quality and compliance standards

Inspect excavation, backfilling, pipe laying, and utility installations

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and QA/QC teams on site

Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records

Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities

Must be a Saudi National

Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering

2 8 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure or utilities projects

Hands-on experience in drainage, roads, or underground utilities

Strong knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, WIRs, and MIRs

Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority standards

Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred)

Experience working on site-based infrastructure projects in KSA

Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with stakeholders
