Associate - E-Commerce

Our Ecommerce Operations Associate is responsible for the fulfillment of ecommerce orders on the offline channel (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.

• Achieve e-commerce sales target.
• Support frontline team in returns processing.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and sharing awareness of hybrid approach in retail.
• Report instantly about identified technical errors with IT Service Desk and take necessary ac on to explain issue and keep communication with support team.
• Report instantly about identified shortages in stock and take necessary ac on to explain issue with the concerned stakeholders to update their records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with Omnichannel system processes and opera ng policies and procedures.
