Main responsibilities:
- Achieve allocated sales targets within assigned Public, Institutions & Private accounts while successfully implementing new vaccine launches across your territories.
- Drive market share growth and vaccine coverage rate (VCR) enhancement initiatives through strategic execution and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Execute customer-facing activities aligned with the Market & Customer Operations (MCO) strategy, implementing regional operational plans to improve vaccine coverage.
- Promote evidence-based scientific information to Healthcare Professionals, KOLs, P&T Committee members, formulary decision makers, and technical bodies across MOH, institutions, and private sectors.
- Build alignment and connect stakeholders across different departments within Health Authorities to accelerate guideline development and immunization protocol implementation.
- Manage stakeholder mapping, planning, and engagement for assigned key accounts, navigating complex decision-making structures within Health Authorities.
- Lead pre-tender identification of optimal solutions and post-tender implementation of vaccine purchasing processes to ensure sustainable growth for Sanofi.
About you
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine sales/account management with deep understanding of public health systems and institutional procurement processes
- Soft and technical skills: Strong customer orientation with proven ability to build long-term relationships with KOLs across all health sectors, including hospital environments. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market data, clinical studies, health economics, and competitive landscapes - translating insights into targeted strategies that achieve business goals.br>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high ability to navigate different personal styles and inspire confidence both internally and externally. Proactive problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset, agility in decision-making, and ability to think innovatively and work collaboratively in lean teams. Strong drive to achieve results while sharing information transparently, with resilience, persistence, and credibility in complex environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
