Senior Facade Design Engineer

Design and develop external facades for retail and commercial projects.

Translate brand identity and guidelines into architectural facade concepts.

Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution.

Review and approve material selections (glass, aluminum, cladding, etc.).

Conduct site visits to monitor installation and ensure design compliance.

Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align design with brand image

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facade design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
• Proven experience working on branded retail outlets or chain stores is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Experience in both design and site execution phases.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, cladding, signage integration).
• Understanding of branding and visual identity application in design.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
