Engineer - Quality Engineering & Control

End-to-End Quality Control: Manage and enforce standards for IQC (Incoming), PQC (Process), and OQC (Outgoing) quality rules.
Engineering Change Management: Oversee ECN (Engineering Change Notices) to ensure product technology updates are implemented correctly.
Defect Analysis: Analyze "Worst Defects" and implement PPM (Parts Per Million) management to reduce failure rates.
Security & Compliance: Manage server room security (entrant control) and oversee material disposal and scrap activities.
RMA & Vendor Management: Inspect RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) defects and manage claims with vendors through the GCSP system.
Partner Collaboration: Provide business consultation with KD (Knock-Down) partners regarding product technology and BOM creation.

Expert knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and upload.
Experience in RF-CAL troubleshooting and IMEI management.
Strong communication skills in English and proficient Computer Literacy skills.

2 3 years of experience in manufacturing (Electronics/Mobile preferred).

Bachelor s degree in engineering (Electronics, Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred).
