Accountant

A reputable real estate development company is announcing a vacancy for an accountant to work in Jeddah.

The required qualifications:

1/ Bachelor's degree in accounting 2/ 5 years of experience or more in the accounting field 3/ Experience working with real estate development companies

The job responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily entries and their posting
• Management of ongoing liabilities and debts
• Preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
• Preparation of tax and zakat declarations
• Review of reconciliations
• Coordination with external auditors
• Monitoring project costs and preparing budgets
