Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate with property owners, explain expropriation and compensation procedures, and respond to their inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of the system for expropriating property for public benefit and its executive regulations.
- Knowledge of expropriation systems, property deeds, and related government procedures.
- Previous experience in the real estate or valuation field.
- Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skill in reviewing documents and reports and analyzing property data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the public.
- High proficiency in report preparation.
