Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Arrange transportation and track deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport companies regarding shipment schedules.
• Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or missing items.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, customs regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain logistics databases and generate reports for management.
• Support procurement and warehouse teams in daily operations.
• Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs where possible.
