Commercial Cards Product & Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cards Product & Implementation Consultant to support the development, implementation, and optimization of corporate and SME card products within the banking and payments sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of commercial, corporate, credit, prepaid, and virtual card products.

• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.

• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and external vendors to deliver product implementations.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, production releases, and implementation readiness.

• Support corporate client onboarding, product launches, and commercialization initiatives.

• Conduct portfolio analysis, develop business cases, and track product performance.

• Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.

• 7+ years of experience in banking, payments, cards, fintech, or financial services consulting.

• Strong hands-on experience with commercial, corporate, SME, or business cards and B2B payments.

• Experience in product development, business analysis, and technology implementation.

• Practical knowledge of credit and prepaid card products, UAT, and production deployment.

• Strong requirements-gathering, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
