Job Purpose
To operate production machinery efficiently and safely to achieve daily production targets. The Machine Operator is responsible for machine setup, monitoring, basic maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Must be experienced in thermoforming processes, material behavior under heat.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing machines. including setting up Printing plates, Blankets, Inks, Mandrels(molds).
- Adjusting Color Registration and Printing Alignment. understanding of CMYK color matching.
- Controlling Ink flow and Curing System.
- Troubleshooting machine issues and reducing downtime.
- Cleaning and maintaining printing units (color heads).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality management systems (e.g., ISO and BRC)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or technical certificate.
- Training in machine operation or industrial safety preferred.
Experience and Skills
- 1– 5 years of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing/production environment (plastics preferred).
- Teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Core Competencies
- Ability to work with Plastic substrates like PET, PP and PS.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, specifications, and quality control documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and adjust machine controls and parameters.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and document production data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work various shifts (e.g., rotating shifts, nights, weekends) as required by production schedules.
