Specialist in Saudi Traditional Cuisine

Work Location: سراج – المملكة العربية السعودية

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present traditional Saudi dishes with high quality.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in events and banquets.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and quality service.

Requirements:

• Experience of no less than 3 years in preparing traditional Saudi dishes (such as Kabsa, Jareesh, Qursan, Mandi, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of traditional ingredients and recipes.
• Adherence and discipline in working hours.
• Ability to innovate and develop the menu.
