As part of our strategic growth plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are expanding our HR Consulting & Workforce Solutions division and are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Business Development Manager to build and lead this business vertical.

This is a leadership role involving:

• Driving new business development and strategic partnerships.
• Identifying and securing clients across multiple industries.
• Developing and executing growth strategies for HR consulting, recruitment, and workforce solutions services.
• Building and leading a high-performance sales and business development team.
• Creating scalable revenue streams and sustainable business models.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development within HR consulting, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
• Strong network and relationships with decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and revenue generation.
