Cleaning Foreman

Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify and rectify any deficiencies in cleaning performance.

Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.

High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in facility management is a plus.

Possession of relevant cleaning industry certifications (e.g., CMI, ISSA CIMS-GB) is highly desirable.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the commercial cleaning or janitorial industry.

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a cleaning environment.
