Waitress

• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to customers in the cafeteria area.
• Prepare service areas before service, including table setup, cleanliness, and service stations.
• Serve meals, beverages, and other food items according to established catering standards.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation while serving food.
• Assist customers with their requirements and respond politely to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety procedures.
• Refill food counters, beverage stations, and service areas as required.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
• Support buffet setup, meal distribution, and catering events when required.
• Report any customer concerns, shortages, or operational issues to the Team Leader.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and institutional guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and positive customer interaction at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Waitress, Food Service Attendant, or Catering Assistant preferred.
• Experience in institutional catering, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, or corporate catering is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Working Conditions:

• Work in institutional catering environments such as schools, offices, camps, hospitals, or other facilities.
• Working hours will be 10 hours per day.
• Required to stand for extended periods during service hours.
