Product Manager

About the Job

 As a Product Manager, you will support leading product localisation activities to ensure seamless and timely vehicle launches across selected passenger car portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) . You will play a key role in coordinating product requirements and managing critical processes throughout the full product lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, as well as R&D teams across KSA and China, to gather, analyse, and translate market insights and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work. You will bring a structured approach to problem-solving and a passion for automotive product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of an assigned passenger car portfolio, including competitor benchmarking, pricing strategy, product positioning, and value proposition, supporting broader localisation requirements.
• Coordinate and support vehicle launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategy.
• Communicate product features, updates, and changes clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and R&D across KSA and China to drive timely delivery of product enhancements based on customer feedback and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain core product documentation, including Market Product Specification (MPC) sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Follow consistent communication with third-party automotive partners and suppliers.
• Work closely with Customer Experience team to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and addressing product-related enquiries.
• Proactively identify and drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and performance data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager, in alignment with business needs.

Proven experience within the automotive industry, ideally in a product management or product planning role at OEM HQ, National Sales Company, or Distributor level, with exposure to electric vehicles preferred.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a structured and fact-based approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with NEV technical and product elements, such as ADAS, emissions standards, or functional safety regulations.

Valid driver's license for passenger car.

Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
